Deborah Mcbrearty - Tokio Marine HCC
Tokio Marine HCC specialises in customising innovative Transaction Risk Insurance solutions that effectively bridge the gap between deal parties in an M&A transaction. When the complexity of risks inherent in a corporate level transaction, such as a merger or acquisition, can be such that they threaten the deal itself, our Transaction Risk Insurance team looks to offer a convenient risk transfer solution that can enhance the deal.
Deborah McBrearty heads this team, conducting business out of our Barcelona office.
